I agree, scalability is the issue.
There’s just no value in it. Cat or food pictures, inspirational quotes, while exploiting every byte of data we create, providing those companies information we don’t even know about ourselves.
There has to be a better reality. Surely the sum of human innovation leads to something more meaningful and worthwhile?
Or maybe not. The ‘smartest people in the world’ are working on ways to elongate our time spent in order to hijack our attention for even longer.
The best of previous generations invented the technology that revolutionised the world.
