I’ve always struggled with mindfulness, fitness has always been relatively simple, results are visible in the sense that you can see if you are getting physically stronger, but it’s something I have long strived to incorporate into my daily routine. Been intrigued by a while for the opportunity to combine the two as I think they are intertwined more intimately than many people realise.

One for next week perhaps: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/josh-wolfe-this-is-who-you-are-up-against-invest-like/id1154105909?i=1000402164187&mt=2

Jack is one of the most fascinating people I have ever heard. Biggest compliment I can pay him is that I listen to every podcast on 2x speed. You have to listen to this at normal speed. Every sentence is dripping with insight. Even if investing/finance podcasts aren’t your thing, I guarantee you won’t listen to something more insightful, across such a broad spectrum of subjects any time soon. He has so many contrarian beliefs about how the future will develop that it’s impossible not to feel smarter having listened to it.

Been thinking about starting a PodCast for a long time now due to me belief there is always room for another if it offers unique perspective. It intends to focus on the challenges I am facing as my Startup begins to emerge, from funding challenges to searching for personnel — nothing being sacred. We would punctuate that with reflections from successful CEO’s (have a few founders of unicorns already lined up if we proceed) understanding how they negotiated similar challenges while casting light on how technology has changed what is possible now. Bowing to your superior knowledge in the space, would be great to hear of any you think are similar.
